In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Our Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at TW Custom Gear. 

 

Shipment processing time (for all shipment options)

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm CST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

 

Customer Pick Up Policy

Orders that have selected Customer Pick will receive an email upon order completion that will specify the date(s) and time(s) available for pick up.

 

Local Delivery Policy

TW Custom Gear delivers within a 10-mile radius Wichita, KS 67205. A delivery charge will be applied to your order. Delivery will take place 1-2 days following Order completion. We will email delivery information prior to delivery taking place.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

TW Custom Gear will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

TW Custom Gear will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. Additional shipping charges will be applied to reship the order to the correct address.

 

Damages

TW Custom Gear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Missing or Stolen Shipments

TW Custom Gear will not be held responsible for missing or stolen shipments. You will need to use the tracking information you received to work with the carrier and/or your local law enforcement.

 

International Shipping Policy – We currently do not ship internationally

Return Policy

TW Custom Gear strives to produce a quality product to the specifications ordered.  We do our absolute best to get every product as close as we possibly can to perfect; however, due to the nature of our products some slight color variations may exist and placement of the designs may vary slightly.  These slight variances are not considered errors or defects.  All orders are custom made on demand and as such we do not allow returns unless there is an error on our part.  Should you have any questions regarding an item you have purchased from TW Custom Gear please feel free to contact us.

Important Information

Colors Discrepancies: 

Please understand that all computer and mobile devices portray colors differently.  Some make items appear darker and some lighter.  If you are unsure of which color option will best fit your needs, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your expectations.

 

Garment Care Instructions:

To keep your customized clothing or personalized garment looking its best we recommend turning the garment inside out before washing and it should be washed in cold water, do not bleach, and hung to dry.  Any variation to this standard care, will be noted on an insert with your garment.

Mug Care:

Sublimated mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe.

Mugs with vinyl designs are top rack dishwasher safe but should not be placed in the microwave.

Vinyl and Rhinestone Decals:

Your customized Vinyl Decal or customized Rhinestone decal can be applied to any smooth surface.  For the longest life possible, it is best to let them cure for 24 hours after application before you wash the item, window, or wipe over them with any liquid.  If applying to a car window, ensure the decal is not placed in a manor such that it blocks the view of the vehicle driver and do not place them in the path of any wiper blades.  Do not scrape over the decal with any scraper used to remove snow or ice.
